We know that sometimes the wrong product ends up in your cart or it’s just not quite what you expected. Our goal is to make returns simple and stress-free!
Local Customers
If you’re in our local delivery area, our driver will gladly pick up your return and we’ll issue a credit or arrange an exchange.
Outside Our Local Area
If you’re outside our local delivery area, just reach out and we’ll help you with the best way to send your product back.
What Can Be Returned
Office Supplies
Unopened items in their original condition may be returned within 30 days of purchase for credit or exchange.
Ink & Toner
Unopened ink and toner cartridges in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Defective Products
We’re happy to exchange any defective item within 90 days of delivery. Please contact your sales representative so we can make it right.
Damaged Items / Shipping Errors
If your order arrives damaged or something isn’t quite right, let us know within 5 days of receipt and we’ll take care of it.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
- Health & Safety Products: masks, gloves, hand sanitizers, disinfectant cleaners, wipes, soaps, dispensers, thermometers, sneeze guards, etc.
- Food & Medications: including beverages.
- Dated Goods: such as calendars, planners, and other time-sensitive items.
- Custom Products: unless there’s an error with your order (please notify us within 5 days).
- Special Order Furniture: not returnable unless damaged or defective.
- Non-Stock Items: may be returnable, but could be subject to a restocking fee—your sales rep will guide you.
