Return Policy

We understand that sometimes the wrong product is ordered or not quite what you were looking for. It is our goal to make returns as easy as possible! For customers in our local delivery areas, our driver will pick up your return and we will issue credit or provide an exchange. For returns outside of our local delivery areas, please contact us for the best method to send the product back to us.

PPE and Covid-19 Related Items
We are not able to accept returns on these items. These items include but are not limited to masks, wipes, hand sanitizers, disinfectant cleaners, gloves, hand soaps, dispensers, thermometers, and sneeze barriers.

Office Supplies
We will gladly accept returns on unopened items in their original condition for credit or exchange within 30 days of purchase.

Ink and Toner
We will accept returns on ink and toner within 30 days of purchase. Ink and toner must be returned unopened in original packaging.

Food and Medication
We are not able to accept returns on any food product, beverages, or medications.

Non-Stock Items
Returns on non-stock items are subject to a re-stocking fee. Please contact your sales representative. Special Order Furniture is not returnable unless damaged or defective.

Defective Product
We will gladly exchange within 90 days of delivery date any product that is defective. Please contact your sales representative for exchange.

Damaged Product / Shipping Discrepancies
Please contact your sales representative within 5 days of receipt.

Custom Products
We can not accept returns on these items unless there is an error. If you do find an error on your custom order, please contact your sales representative within 5 days of receipt.
